Our Vision at Compuscan is to be the Leading Provider of Credit Management Solutions in emerging markets.

Our Mission at Compuscan is to serve the credit industry in developing markets with relevant and reliable credit management solutions to assist businesses making better business decisions to minimise risk and maximize profits, at the same time protecting the consumer against over-indebtedness and reckless borrowing.

Our profit objective is to achieve sufficient profit to finance our company's growth and to provide the resources we need to achieve our other objectives.

Our growth priorities are:

  • Maintain the profitable market position in our existing markets.
  • Expand our services into feasible new markets.
  • Acquisition and strategic alliances with other companies that are strategically aligned and financially compatible.
  • Internal development of new related product-market strategies.

We strive to demonstrate to the business world on a continuous basis that we are credible in describing the state of the corporation and that we are well organized and in complete control of all things that determine the numbers.

With regards to management and human resources, we believe in the principle that hard work and high productivity is something to be proud of and a bottom-up/top-down style of communication ensures that all our employees are 'heard' and assisted and encouraged to succeed in a positive, challenging and rewarding work environment. We strive to have all employees involved and participative in their relationship with Compuscan. An active skills development plan maintains a highly skilled staff compliment and ensures that all our employees' goals and ambitions are proactively addressed to the advantage of the individual's personal growth and development and thus, the advantage to the organisation as a whole.

Our philosophy includes backing up our innovative products with a committed and dedicated service and support function. Compuscan boasts a fully fledged sales, service, and support team spanning the greater Southern Africa. Our call centre, operational 6 days a week, assists our clients with technical support and all general inquiries. Our telemarketers in conjunction with our field representatives are in touch with our clients on a regular basis and assist with the sales, support as well as the training and feedback functions.
