You get to manage your accounts in accordance with the NCA by using Proloan. Loan applications can be entered into the system and automatically be credit searched. Results are immediately returned to your credit staff and documentation is generated with the minimum of user input.
It also enables you communicate effectively with your clients by allowing you to send out payment reminders, statements, overdue account notifications, marketing messages, birthday wishes and many more via Proloan’s SMS Module.
With Proloan all work can be completed locally, giving your credit staff much more control and flexibility. It utilises biometrics to identity and verify your loan applicants and employees, thereby preventing fraudulent behaviour and identity theft within your organisation. It replaces the standard username and password login / verification with a fingerprint identification procedure by simply placing a fingertip on a biometric scanning device / reader, which is linked to your business’ PC. It can be integrated with Xcellerator (Compuscan’s Credit Application Processing System) and Codix (Compuscan’s Credit Rules Engine), providing you with an all in one credit management solution. |
