Who is in charge of the Compuscan CRB in Uganda?

Michael has spent the last fifteen years in the Credit Information Industry, working as a senior specialist in commercial and consumer credit bureaus where he has had the opportunity to obtain insight and knowledge into many different organizations credit, fraud and risk policies.

His career focuses have included:

• Commercial Credit Bureau Services
• Credit Insurance Services
• Debt Collection Services
• Cheque Verification Services
• Consumer Credit Bureau Services
• Credit Scoring and decision support services
• Identity theft and Credit Application Fraud Prevention solutions

Mike qualified with his MBA in 2001, after completing his dissertation, with distinction, entitled “Reducing Corporate Dishonoured Cheques in SA using credit bureau information”.

In early 2007 Mike took up the challenge to drive Compuscan’s credit bureau offerings and biometric identity systems into East Africa and is presently involved across the region as a meaningful contributor to the financial integration of credit information within the five East African Community (EAC) countries, as set out in the objectives being driven by the World Bank and the EAC secretariat.

Board

Compuscan is managed by a Board of Management, which is responsible for our overall results, the management of our company, as well as our company's mission, vision and strategy.

The Board of Management is accountable for this to the Supervisory Board and the General Meeting of Shareholders. The responsibility for the management of Compuscan is vested in the Board of Management as a whole.

The Board of Management consists of the following five Executive Members:
